The Physical Side of the Job: Active on your feet — comfortable sitting and standing for extended periods throughout the day. Ready to lend a hand — able to lift up to 20 lbs when setting up materials or supplies. Quick when it counts — able to move fast and intervene calmly to keep everyone safe. Confident decision-maker — able to read situations and act independently without waiting for direction. Reliable transportation — able to get yourself to your assigned site consistently.
