Are You The Admissions And Marketing Advisor We're Looking For?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in admissions, enrollment, sales, customer service, or education
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with CRM systems and basic office technology
• Social media and marketing knowledge
• Ability to conduct campus tours and presentations
• Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events

What Does This Role Do?

As the Admissions and Marketing Advisor, you'll serve as the primary contact for prospective students, guiding them from inquiry through enrollment. You'll conduct campus tours, provide information about programs and tuition, maintain accurate admissions records, and ensure all enrollment processes are completed in compliance with school policies and standards. You'll also oversee daily admissions operations, monitor inquiry and enrollment activity, support Admissions Advisors when applicable, and collaborate with school leadership to develop strategies that increase enrollment and brand awareness. In addition, you'll coordinate outreach activities, career fairs, open houses, and community events while helping prospective students navigate the enrollment process from start to finish.

This position is primarily on-site and may include:

• Day or evening hours as needed
• Occasional school events or outreach activities outside normal business hours
• Up to 10% travel
