Real Estate Finance Attorney

NextStep Recruiting is partnering with a law firm in Dallas, TX, to find an experienced Real Estate Finance Associate. This role will involve representing lenders, borrowers, and institutional investors in a wide range of commercial real estate finance transactions, including loan origination, refinancing, restructurings, and portfolio transactions.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders, borrowers, and investors in commercial real estate finance transactions, including originations, refinancings, and restructurings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate loan documentation, coordinate due diligence, and manage transaction closings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients while managing multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of real estate finance experience within a law firm or comparable legal setting.
• Strong academic credentials, analytical skills, and clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
