Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.

• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.

Additional Details:

Unit Details: - Cases include orthopedics, ENT, plastics, OB C-section, vascular, OBGYN robotics, general robotics, orthopedics robotics, urology, podiatry, sports medicine ortho, and ortho/neuro spine. - Uses Epic, Alaris, and Pyxis.

Shift & Scheduling: - 0700-1530 with 1 hour flex. - No weekend rotation. - No holiday requirements. - No call. - Up to 7 days off may be approved.

Floating Requirements: - May float to Pleasant Prairie Surgery Center.

7 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA))

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
