Experience drafting and negotiating the principal financing documentation. Experience with renewable energy projects preferred. Experience reviewing project documentation preferred. Strong academic credentials. 5 years of experience in practicing with Large National Firm. Compensation The full-time base annual salary for this position is expected to range between $365,000 - $450,000. Bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed and are dependent upon individual and firm performance.
