Job Title Family Partner – 2 positions available in Atlantic County. Job Overview The Family Partner provides coordinated, community-based, family-friendly, culturally responsive, and strength-based voluntary services to enrich the family unit and address the underlying problems of families that are experiencing challenges or have needs that threaten family stability. Key Responsibilities Provide prevention programs to families by developing and maintaining a robust family engagement approach. Facilitate parent involvement and parent leadership at the Center. Develop Family Success Plans in partnership with families based on their goals. Incorporate and implement the Principles of Family Support and the Protective Factors into all aspects of work. Advocate for/with families as needed, increasing the family’s ability to problem‑solve and advocate for themselves and their children. Establish a trusting relationship with families. Participate and assist in coordination of Center activities and events. Qualifications Associate’s degree in a related field and relevant experience. Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and an acceptable driving record. Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field (preferred). Compensation & Schedule Base Pay: $18.27 per hour. Sign‑on Bonus: $500. Bilingual Rate: $1.50 per hour for Spanish proficiency. Schedule: Day Shift – Monday 9am–5pm, Tuesday 9am–5pm, Wednesday 9am–5pm, Thursday 11am–7pm, Friday 9am–5pm.
