Volunteer Job Title Senior Transportation Driver Job Description RYDE is a senior transportation program helping adults who are 65 years and older. This is an opportunity to meet and make a difference in someone's life. You will be driving participating senior adults to grocery stores, medical appointments, and other local destinations within Santa Clara County. You will help members of your community reach their desired destinations and prevent someone from being homebound. The program operates Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM. The service covers the following San José zip codes: 95110, 95112, 95116, 95118, 95119, 95122, 95123, 95129, 95130, and 95139. If you enjoy meeting people in your community, have a vehicle, and are looking for a way to help someone in need, please reach out.
