About the Position Seeking a qualified CRNA to join Shore Medical Center in Somers Point, NJ. Compensation and Benefits Up to $300,000 in year one for call taking, including a $125,000 start‑date bonus. Up to $275,000 for non‑call taking, including the same start‑date bonus. 7 weeks paid time off. One 24‑hour shift added weekly. Flexible schedule options; call limited to second call only. Competitive package including bonus structure, CME, generous time off, 401(k), relocation assistance, and paid malpractice with tail coverage. Team and Clinical Services Anesthesia care team comprised of 7 physicians and 9 CRNAs. Services include Orthopedics, OB, spinal surgery, urology, thoracic, vascular, and GI. No hearts, no heads, no trauma. Well‑established team and excellent work‑life balance.
