Production Supervisor
Our client, an industry leader in oil refining, is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the refinery production and laboratory teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Supervisor
Pay Range:$90,000 - $105,000
What's the Job?
- Supervise daily refinery production activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met
- Oversee laboratory and production staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety training and risk assessments
- Maintain compliance with food safety, environmental, and regulatory standards such as HACCP, GMPs, OSHA, and ISO
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading and managing refinery laboratory and production staff
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and compliance standards
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
