TransForce is seeking a Dispatcher to support Local operations in Lebanon, TN.

About the Job

• Schedule: Tuesday - Friday (20 hours per week) 1 pm-6 pm
• Pay: $21.50/hr
• Includes Dispatch and some Admin work. On-site position

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with dispatching and driver communications
• Data entry and administrative support
• Answer phones and respond to emails
• Maintain operational records and documentation
• Support daily transportation and logistics activities
• General office and clerical duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dispatch, transportation, or logistics experience is a plus, but not required
