The Senior Manager, Campaign Orchestration - Market Access, is responsible for supporting execution of above-brand Campaign Orchestration with a dedicated focus on market access stakeholders (payers, specialty pharmacies) and priorities. As the day-to-day campaign orchestration partner, this role translates market access strategies into integrated engagement plans and coordinates execution across channels and stakeholders. The Senior Manager reports to the Director of Campaign Orchestration and helps to ensure consistent orchestration, sequencing, and measurement by aligning inputs, timelines, and dependencies by reinforcing CX standards and ways of working to deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate market access strategy for payers and specialty pharmacies into integrated campaign engagement plans and operationalize execution across channels.
- Design and manage end to end market access (payers, specialty pharmacies) journeys, aligning channel mix, sequencing, frequency, and compliance requirements across stakeholder types.
- Serve as the day to day campaign orchestration lead for assigned market access work, owning scope, timelines, dependencies, and execution quality.
- Apply campaign and media analytics to drive data-informed prioritization and next best action logic to inform campaign sequencing, channel investment, and optimization decisions.
- Coordinate activation across media vendors, channel teams, and enabling platforms to ensure consistent execution and performance optimization.
- Partner with Omnichannel Orchestration and Campaign Planning teams to leverage global orchestration tools, CRM capabilities, and standardized frameworks.
- Lead ongoing optimization through test and learn approaches, including A/B testing, sequencing refinement, and channel performance tuning.
- Define, track, and interpret KPIs for assigned market access campaigns, surfacing insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.
- Apply CX standards, templates, and governance consistently, contributing feedback and learnings to improve campaign orchestration ways of working.
- Collaborate with Campaign Orchestration peers to align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure consistency across market access journeys.
- Partner closely with business leads across franchises and functions to bring patient and HCP engagement strategies to life.
- Partner with Omnichannel Orchestration and Campaign Planning, Performance Analytics and Optimization, and Data Enablement teams to enable scalable execution.
- Work cross-functionally with Field, Market Access, Medical, Patient Services, external vendors, and other internal partners as appropriate to coordinate integrated campaign delivery.
- Share performance insights, risks, and learnings with CX partners and leadership to support continuous improvement and enterprise alignment.
Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of campaign orchestration capabilities and workflows, with the ability to independently own and deliver complex market access-focused campaigns.
- Strong execution skills across campaign planning, orchestration, sequencing, and issue resolution within defined scope and timelines.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel data, including media and campaign analytics with the ability to integrate data into decision-making frameworks and explain insights clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Working knowledge of omnichannel orchestration tools, marketing CRM platforms, and activation workflows used to execute integrated market access journeys.
- Ability to apply data driven prioritization, next best action logic, and performance insights to inform execution and optimization decisions.
- Experience coordinating campaign activation across multiple channels, vendors, and enabling platforms to ensure consistent, compliant execution.
- Ability to apply CX standards, templates, and governance consistently while identifying opportunities to improve orchestration efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in campaign orchestration, omnichannel marketing, or customer engagement within a pharmaceutical organization.
- Advanced degree (MBA or relevant graduate degree) preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries preferred.
- Experience working in rare disease or specialty brands, with strong understanding of unique stakeholder dynamics
- 20-30% travel will be required.
