General Manager, Mission Critical Environments We are searching for an experienced General Manager, Mission Critical Environments at our Salt Lake City, UT facility. Primary Duties and Responsibilities The General Manager, Americas has full P&Lresponsibility for Senneca Holdings’ Mission Critical Equipment division,including SubZero Engineering and Simplex. This business serves fast-growingdata center and clean room end markets and operates with a high degree ofautonomy across sales, operations, marketing, product development, and finance. This role leads a cross-functional leadership team of directand matrixed reports including Sales, Operations, Services, Product Integration& Design, and Country Operations, with matrix alignment to the corporate Financeand HR. The position oversees manufacturing and operational sites in the U.S.and plays a key role in setting strategy, driving organic growth, and executingacquisitions.
