What You'll Do

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you'll continue providing exceptional orthopedic care while building the skills to become a Pelvic Health specialist.

Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic patients
  • Deliver evidence-based one-on-one care
  • Participate in Pelvic Health education and mentorship
  • Gradually incorporate pelvic health evaluations and treatment into your practice
  • Educate patients on treatment plans and home exercise programs
  • Document care using EMR
  • Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team

QualificationsRequired

  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current Maryland Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Passion for learning and professional growth

Preferred

  • Manual therapy experience
  • Interest in Women's Health and Pelvic Health
  • Strong communication and patient education skills

Pelvic Health experience is NOT required—we'll help you get there.
