Transaction Manager / Lease Negotiation Manager - 1 Remote Day

Then THIS IS YOUR JOB!!! National Owner/Developer is looking to add a Transaction Manager / Lease Negotiator to their team. This position will handle all steps (including lease terminology/writing) lease negotiation for new space and renewals. Responsibilities:

• Working with lease administration to coordinate full execution of leases
• Negotiating terms (exclusions and TI related terms) existing and new leases
• Coordinating negotiations with other departments
• Gathering rental comps and analyzing current trends for negotiating
• Interfacing with property ownerships and management terms
• Analyzing lease agreements and financial terms
• Communicating with various teams and departments throughout the negotiating process
• Working through TI costs/percentages within leases for new spaces for stores
• Communicating with Legal Counsel as needed
• Working through process of expansion for various stores
• Managing lease revisions
• Coordinating all lease documentation with Administrators
• Creating financial reporting and analyzing potential transactions
• Working with VP of Real estate to analyze real estate strategy

Must Have:

• BA or BS
• 5+ years in commercial Real Estate Lease knowledge/negotiation experience - retail experience desired
• MS Office
• Solid financial analysis and understanding of commercial leases
