Own the Full Deal Cycle: Drive deals from sourcing and qualification through discovery, solution design, negotiation, and close. Serve as the primary champion for each account inside Fun.
Build and Manage Pipeline: Develop a high-quality pipeline with a focus on enterprise accounts. Iterate on campaigns based on what’s converting, and manage across multiple ICPs.
Own Technical Discovery: Get deep enough on Fun’s stack to lead discovery yourself - qualifying and demonstrating value to engineering and product buyers without depending on engineering
Represent Fun.xyz Externally: Attend industry conferences and ecosystem events to build relationships, generate pipeline, and expand our footprint.
Read the Market: Track emerging trends and competitor moves, and feed that into how we counter-position on pricing, packaging, and narrative.
Shape the Commercial Motion: Partner with product and leadership teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling commercial narratives and feed structured field insights back into roadmap, pricing, and positioning
3+ years of BD or sales experience with a track record of closing enterprise deals.
Track record of generating your own pipeline through outbound (not just converting inbound)
Comfort in early stage environment: as effective at building a repeatable process as following one.
Ability to run multi-stakeholder deal cycles from start to finish, engaging executives, founders, product leaders, and legal/compliance stakeholders with confidence.
Genuine curiosity about crypto and the future of on-chain payments.
Existing relationships with enterprise decision-makers
Experience working at a high-growth startup
Experience selling developer-focused or API-first products
The On Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, inclusive of base salary, commissions and bonuses, is a range of $250,000 to $400,000. This range spans many career levels at Fun, and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience and location.
