Job Description Interview loan applicants concerning their businesses, needs, and earnings to determine whether a loan may be an acceptable risk.
Make decisions on loans and terms within established lending limits
Prepare loan packet for presentation to Loan Committee and/or Board
Maintain loan portfolios ensuring customer follow-up and monitoring of customer financials
Conduct analysis on loan accounts
Collect on past-due accounts
Seek out new business and sustain an active pipeline
Satisfies high-end customer needs; resolves major customer complaints
Conduct private banking for customers
Keep the President & CEO informed of financial results on the status of loans, banking competition, and new business developments
Responsible for the development, management, implementation and ownership of key initiatives to support the expansion of the Commercial Real Estate Market
Represents the bank and provides leadership in key community activities and organizations

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
