About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Growth and Development Intelligence to play a pivotal role in the organization's fundraising growth strategy. This senior leadership position is responsible for two key areas: leading the annual giving and membership programs, which are essential for donor acquisition and unrestricted revenue, and overseeing the development operations function that provides the necessary data, analytics, systems, and infrastructure. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the Chief Development Officer, translating fundraising vision into action, and will be at the forefront of digital transformation and continuous improvement across fundraising channels. Applicants must have a minimum of 20 years' experience in fundraising, membership, or direct marketing, with at least 12 years in senior leadership roles. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in driving significant revenue growth through large, complex annual giving and membership programs. Experience in a national-level nonprofit or mission-driven organization is strongly preferred. The VP will be responsible for setting and executing multi-year strategies, driving a seamless multi-channel donor experience, and ensuring the organization meets its revenue targets. They should have deep expertise in direct response fundraising, donor behavior, and digital fundraising, as well as advanced knowledge of CRM systems and data analytics. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader, adept at managing cross-divisional projects, and will have a strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, and managing senior professionals.
