Applicants for the Chief Development Officer position at the company should have at least 5 years' of experience in leading a successful fundraising team, with a proven track record in securing 5- and 6-figure philanthropic gifts. The role requires a candidate with strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a willingness to problem-solve in a leadership capacity. Experience in the arts and education funding community, particularly in Atlanta, is a plus. The Chief Development Officer will also be involved in strategic planning, budgeting, and overseeing development operations, including donor events and the annual Gala.
