About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Project Finance with a focus on renewable energy projects. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 18 years of energy-related transactional finance experience, with a strong focus on project finance, structured finance, and tax equity. The role requires deep expertise in tax equity and project financing structures for renewable energy projects, as well as the ability to implement complex financial transactions while balancing various considerations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have established relationships within the energy and infrastructure financing sector and experience in a project development environment.
