The Company is in search of a strategic and performance-driven Head of Influencer & Creator Partnerships to lead and expand its influencer, affiliate, and creator ecosystem. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving measurable growth through various channels and communities, and the successful candidate will be responsible for the full creator and influencer strategy, including recruitment, relationship management, and performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling multi-million-dollar creator and affiliate programs, with a strong focus on turning creators into long-term brand advocates and being highly analytical about performance, ROI, and customer acquisition. Key responsibilities for the Head of Influencer & Creator Partnerships include owning and leading the overall partnership strategy, developing and executing growth plans aligned with revenue goals, and building a tiered creator strategy across different creator segments. The role also involves team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and driving growth across various channels. The candidate should have at least 7 years' of experience in relevant fields, with a preference for those with a background in wellness, consumer products, or mission-driven brands. Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to optimize creator economics and drive performance across different partnership models.
