The Company is seeking an Assistant/Associate Vice President for HR, Training, and Performance to provide strategic leadership to the Human Resources and Talent Development departments. Key responsibilities for this role at the company include providing leadership, supervision, and strategic guidance to the HR and Talent Development teams, particularly in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and professional development. The role also requires significant experience in labor relations and collective bargaining, preferably within a higher education or public-sector environment, and the ability to ensure compliance with employment and labor laws. The candidate should be adept at change management, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution, and must demonstrate a commitment to creating a culture of teamwork, trust, and respect. Excellent project management, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage and guide departments to align with organizational goals. A Master's degree and professional HR certifications are preferred.
