Shift: Onsite Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
Starting Pay: $17/hr

Resource Employment Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Vandalia, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for packing, processing, picking, and managing inventory to ensure efficient operations and safe delivery. Your day-to-day tasks include loading materials, inspecting containers, recording product information, preparing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records using hand tools and packaging equipment.

Responsibilities and Duties – Your Day-to-Day

• Load materials and products into package processing equipment
• Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas using cleaning solutions and hand tools
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records
• Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure packaging specifications are met
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials
• Pick products for orders accurately and efficiently
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records

What You Bring – Skills that Make a Difference

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety / HAACP is preferred
• Knowledge of barcode scanners and packaging tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
