Own your group — independently lead and engage a group of kids, keeping things fun, safe, and on track. Show up for your crew — collaborate with fellow staff to make sure every kid has a great experience every day. Bring the curriculum to life — deliver hands-on, enriching program content kids actually look forward to. Keep growing — attend all required training. We make them worth your time. The Physical Side of the Job: Active on your feet — comfortable sitting and standing for extended periods throughout the day. Ready to lend a hand — able to lift up to 20 lbs when setting up materials or supplies. Quick when it counts — able to move fast and intervene calmly to keep everyone safe. Confident decision-maker — able to read situations and act independently without waiting for direction. Reliable transportation — able to get yourself to your assigned site consistently.
