  • Preventative Maintenance: Performing scheduled inspections, cleaning, and servicing (lubrication, filter changes) to prevent equipment failure.
  • Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
  • Installation & Assembly: Setting up new machinery, assembling components, and testing systems for proper functionality.
  • Emergency Response: Conducting rapid repairs during unexpected breakdowns to minimize production loss.
  • Facility Upkeep: Handling general building maintenance tasks.
  • Documentation: Maintaining detailed logs of work performed, parts used, and inventory levels.
  • Millwright: Maintenance and repairing industrial edible bean equipment, mill, motors, conveyors, welding, and routine maintenance.
