Qualifications
Good communication skills, ability to follow directions and works well in either an individual or team environment
Familiarity with all required safety practices associated with the job and Follow safety procedures, security protocol
At least 5 years’ experience and familiarity with Heidenhain and Hass Controller
Familiarity with Siemens, HAAS and Heidenhain Controls
Familiarity with DMG, Haas and Pallet Systems.
Responsibilities
This individual works within the Facilities Department
· Debur machine finish goods
· Assemblies
o Tubing, clips, pour epoxy, leak test tubing, install manifolds
o Tapping after machining
· Assemble hardware on finished goods
· Internal and external reworks
· Assemble and disassemble parts for leak test
· Report to Operations Manager
Education & Experience:
• High School diploma
• 3 years of experience required
