About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP for AI Transformation, a pivotal role in driving the integration of AI into the firm's core operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking the AI agenda from strategy to execution, leading the delivery of AI programs and initiatives across the enterprise. This includes owning the end-to-end process from planning to deployment, and ensuring that the initiatives are delivered on time, with the required quality, and are effectively adopted. The role demands a leader who is comfortable in a strategic, operational, and field-level capacity, and who can contribute to the AI transformation strategy, lead complex programs, and provide insights to refine the approach. The SVP will also be tasked with managing and developing teams, as well as building and leading the necessary operating rhythms to support the AI transformation at scale. Applicants for the SVP, AI Transformation role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in leading complex programs or transformation initiatives. A background in AI, data, or technology-enabled projects within a complex organization is essential, with a preference for experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or life sciences. The ideal candidate will be a builder-operator, with a strong understanding of AI and LLM ecosystems, and a proven track record in program, project, and change management. Executive-level communication skills, a bias toward ownership, and a disciplined approach to translating insights into action are also key qualifications.
