<p>About the Opportunity:<br>• Job Title: Sales & Customer Support Specialist<br>• Pay Rate Range: $16.00-$18.00/hr<br>• Location: Dassel, MN<br>• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday–Friday 8:30AM-5PM<br>• Position Type: Temporary<br><br>Requirements and Qualifications:<br>• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, sales support, or a similar customer-facing role.<br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.<br>• Excellent listening, problem-solving, and customer service skills.<br>• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and ERP/CRM systems.<br>• Able to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.<br><br>Duties and Responsibilities:<br>• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.<br>• Listen to customer needs, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate more complex concerns as needed.<br>• Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and account details.<br>• Prepare and process customer quotes, orders, returns (RMAs), and other documentation within the ERP system.<br>• Maintain accurate customer records and document customer interactions.<br>• Follow up on open quotes, sales opportunities, and on-hold orders.<br>• Research and identify new sales opportunities using CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot, Lead Forensics, and Klenty.<br>• Build strong customer relationships through personalized service and proactive communication.<br>• Meet individual and team sales goals while providing outstanding customer support.<br>• Continue developing product knowledge and customer service skills through ongoing training.<br><br>Discover Award Staffing: <br>At Award Staffing, we believe that work should be more than just a paycheck—it should inspire, empower, and create a sense of purpose.
