About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Health Economics to spearhead the development and leadership of a function dedicated to translating clinical and claims data into actionable insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and refining methodologies, analytics, and operating rhythms that support value-based care delivery. This role is pivotal in identifying the clinical and financial value of the company's advanced primary care model, with a focus on improving outcomes and reducing medical cost trends. The VP will work closely with various teams to ensure that insights are integrated into care model design, client strategy, and organizational decision-making. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with at least 10 years' of experience in health economics, actuarial science, value-based care analytics, outcomes research, or cost of care modeling. Experience in relevant domains such as employer-sponsored healthcare, population health, advanced primary care, ACOs, or risk-based care models is essential. The role requires a demonstrated ability to build new capabilities in complex healthcare environments, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven track record of collaboration across clinical, financial, analytics, and commercial teams. The VP will be expected to build and lead a high-performing team, and within the first 12 to 18 months, establish a credible ROI methodology, create scalable frameworks for client value reporting, and embed health economics insights into decision-making processes.
