Job Overview

Patsco Windshield Repair has been serving the Houston area since 1995. As we expand the online presence of our Patsco Windshield Repair Patch (PatscoPatch), we are seeking an experienced, hands-on E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow our online sales and brand visibility.

The primary objective of this position is to increase profitable sales of PatscoPatch through Amazon, TikTok Shop, Google Ads, Walmart Marketplace, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels.

This is a hands-on position. We are looking for someone who understands not only social media, but also e-commerce, Amazon PPC, paid advertising, product listings, short-form video content, conversion optimization, analytics, and online sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the PatscoPatch Amazon listing
• Manage Amazon Seller Central
• Create, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns
• Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
• Conduct Amazon keyword, search-term, and competitor research
• Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, video, and A+ Content
• Monitor and improve ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and organic ranking
• Manage advertising budgets and eliminate unprofitable ad spend
• Provide weekly Amazon advertising and sales reports

TikTok Shop & Content Creation

• Manage and grow the PatscoPatch TikTok Shop
• Create short-form TikTok videos designed to generate product interest and sales
• Develop strong hooks, product demonstrations, before-and-after videos, educational videos, and comparison videos
• Film and edit TikTok content
• Research trends and develop new creative concepts
• Test multiple hooks, captions, calls to action, and video formats
• Work with TikTok creators, affiliates, and influencers when appropriate
• Monitor video views, watch time, clicks, conversions, and sales
• Identify winning videos and create additional variations
• Assist with TikTok paid advertising and Spark Ads

Google Ads / PPC

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Conduct keyword and competitor research
• Develop high-intent Google Search campaigns
• Write and test advertising copy
• Manage bids and daily advertising budgets
• Use negative keywords to reduce wasted advertising spend
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking
• Analyze CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, and profitability
• Use Google advertising to support Amazon and other online sales channels

Walmart Marketplace

• Create, manage, and optimize Walmart Marketplace listings
• Optimize titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and keywords
• Maintain accurate product and inventory information
• Monitor listing quality and marketplace performance
• Research competitor listings and pricing
• Assist with Walmart advertising and promotional opportunities
• Track Walmart traffic, conversions, and sales

Facebook, Instagram & Social Media

• Create product-focused content for Facebook and Instagram
• Develop Reels, short-form videos, graphics, demonstrations, and promotional content
• Manage Meta advertising campaigns when appropriate
• Test audiences, creative concepts, offers, and calls to action
• Repurpose successful TikTok content for Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
• Maintain consistent PatscoPatch branding across all digital channels

Content Creation Responsibilities

The successful candidate should be comfortable creating marketing content and not simply outsourcing all creative work.

Content responsibilities may include:

• Short-form videos
• TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Product demonstrations
• Before-and-after videos
• Product photography
• Advertising creatives
• Promotional graphics
• Amazon product images
• Advertising copy
• Product descriptions
• Social media captions

Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, AI image/video tools, or similar software is preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on digital marketing or e-commerce experience
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Demonstrated experience managing Amazon PPC
• Experience with Google Ads/PPC
• Experience with social media marketing and content creation
• Understanding of TikTok and short-form video marketing
• Strong understanding of e-commerce conversion and customer acquisition
• Ability to analyze advertising and sales data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Ability to manage multiple advertising platforms and campaigns simultaneously

Patrick McClain founded Patsco Windshield Repair in August, 1995. Patsco started out as a part time job that eventually turned into full time.
I never planned on getting into a business. My wife and I was just having fun, camping out on the beach near Galveston on July 4, 1995.
