Executive Director

the client is seeking a successor to serve as Executive Director, building on the legacy of a deeply respected leadership team and a strong, committed staff. With a focus on improving the health and wellbeing of residents, the role is expected to provide strategic direction and disciplined execution to sustain and enhance early progress. The Executive Director will set organizational direction and ensure strategy is translated into effective action with clarity and consistent follow-through. They will lead with a combination of vision and operational rigor, guiding the organization through its next chapter while supporting staff and advancing the mission across the communities served. The position requires leadership capabilities suited to overseeing a philanthropic organization’s growth and impact, including the ability to motivate and align teams, drive execution of priorities, and maintain strong governance and organizational momentum. The role will support ongoing efforts to enhance community health and wellbeing across Washington, Grayson, Russell, and Smyth counties.
