              • Board: NCCPA or ANCC Certified (BC)
              • Licenses: Active CA License, CA NP Furnishing Number, CA DEA
              • DEA: Active CA DEA
              • Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS
              • Experience: Trauma/Critical Care experience required; Must be actively working at a TJC-accredited hospital
              • Other Qualifications: Clean Malpractice/Background; Local candidates preferredDuties & Responsibilities
                • Take patient history, perform physical exam, make assessment and diagnosis; initiate, review, and revise treatment plans.
                • Order x-rays, lab studies, therapeutic diets, therapy services, and nursing services.
                • Initiate arrangements for admissions, complete forms and charts, and provide continuing care services.
                • Administer medication and transmit prescriptions from supervising physician to lawful furnishers.
                • Recognize emergencies requiring immediate physician attention and institute life-saving treatment procedures.
