Mechanical Technician

Looking for a senior-level Mechanical Technician who can lead the mechanical installation, startup, debugging, and optimization of new manufacturing equipment while supporting capacity expansion projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• 5+ years of experience installing and commissioning new manufacturing equipment.
• Strong hands-on mechanical troubleshooting experience with complex industrial machinery.
• Experience supporting manufacturing expansion, equipment installation, startup, and commissioning projects.
• Ability to work closely with engineering, operations, vendors, and suppliers throughout project execution.
• Comfortable leading installation activities while ensuring projects stay on schedule, within scope, and on budget.

• Mechanical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Motors, gearboxes, conveyor systems, pumps, and other industrial mechanical equipment.
• Mechanical alignment, testing, and calibration.
• Reading mechanical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Mechanical design improvements and equipment modifications.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Spare parts identification and inventory management.
• Documentation creation and updates.
• Microsoft Office.
• CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Safe work practices and industrial safety standards.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
