Our collaborative team is committed to fostering wellness, building lasting patient relationships, and making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.<br> Deliver comprehensive women s health services, including detailed health histories, physical exams, screenings, diagnostic assessments, immunizations, treatment, and ongoing follow-up care.<br> Diagnose and manage acute and chronic OB/GYN conditions, as well as provide preventive care, utilizing evidence-based clinical guidelines.<br> Perform procedures and clinical interventions within the scope of licensure, credentialing, and organizational protocols.<br> Coordinate care by initiating appropriate referrals to primary care providers, specialists, and ancillary services as clinically indicated.<br> ****<br> Requirements:<br> The Women s Health Nurse Practitioner (NPWH) is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to OB/GYN populations across all life stages. Key responsibilities include preventive care, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and patient education. This role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to drive optimal clinical outcomes and continuity of care.<br> <br> New York State license, DEA, CSR preferred<br> Masters Degree as a Women's Health NP Required <br> 2 year WHNP experience REQUIRED<br> <br> Internal Notes Only: <br> <br> Sell for this client: Tight-knit community health practice in South Brooklyn; mission-driven; diverse population; organization does a lot of community outreach; consistent schedule and lot of the leadership been with organization a long time.
