Lead Business Analyst – Oracle Cloud / CPQ
Location: Richmond, IN or Dayton, OH (Hybrid)
About the Role
Smart Data Systems is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams on Oracle Cloud initiatives. This role leads requirements gathering, business process analysis, UAT strategy, and solution validation, and requires a strong testing mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a track record driving enterprise implementations with Oracle Cloud and CPQ solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead business requirements gathering sessions
- Document functional requirements and business processes
- Serve as liaison between business and technical teams
- Develop UAT strategies and execution plans
- Create detailed test plans and test cases
- Coordinate testing activities across stakeholders
- Validate Oracle Cloud and CPQ solutions
- Identify project risks and facilitate issue resolution
- Drive testing best practices and continuous improvement
- Support successful project delivery and implementation
