• Opportunity to work directly with business and technology stakeholders on initiatives designed to improve processes, systems, and operational effectiveness.
• Exposure to the full project lifecycle, from requirements discovery and process analysis through testing, implementation, and user adoption.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, workflows, and technology needs.
• Lead requirements-gathering activities through stakeholder interviews, workshops, process reviews, and documentation analysis.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and actionable requirements for technology teams.
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and improved operational efficiency.
• Create process maps, business requirements, functional documentation, reports, and other materials needed to support project delivery.
• Serve as a communication bridge between business users, developers, and other technology stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support user acceptance testing, implementation readiness, training, and deployment activities for new systems and enhancements.
• Help ensure delivered solutions align with business expectations and project objectives.

Do You Bring Proven Success In Business Analysis And Requirements Delivery?

• 3–5 years of professional experience in business analysis, technology project delivery, or a closely related function.
• Demonstrated experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and process-mapping techniques.
• Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle and experience supporting technology initiatives from requirements through implementation.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and working with cross-functional technology teams.
• Experience using tools such as JIRA, Excel, Visio, and/or Tableau.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into language that technical teams can execute against.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Ability to organize competing requirements, maintain clear documentation, and follow initiatives through delivery.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or a comparable business analysis certification is a plus.
