• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively present financing options to clients.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop innovative solutions.
• Customer Service: Exceptional ability to manage customer relationships and exceed customer expectations.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with standard financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Oversight: Oversee the financial services process, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
• Insurance Consultation: Assist clients in understanding and selecting the appropriate insurance and warranty products for their vehicles.
• Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to facilitate smooth transactions and optimize finance and insurance revenues.
• Documentation Management: Manage all finance-related paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing all finance and insurance-related inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to streamlining operations effectively.
