Right at Home Coachella Valley is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Office Manager and Assistant Business Ops Manager to lead our team to achieve exceptional business results. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance, and driving business growth. Responsibilities:

• Billing oversight (VA, private pay, CalOptima, long-term care)

• Payroll review and approval before processing

• Accounts receivable follow-up

• Budget tracking and expense monitoring

• Office procedures and workflow improvement

• HR paperwork and compliance

• Recruiting process oversight

• Rec & Retention accountability

• Vendor management

• Office supplies and facilities

• KPI reporting for both offices

• Assist with scheduling coverage during emergencies

• Conduct Client Introductions: Introduce clients to caregivers on rotating weekends and during the week as needed.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors or equivalent.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Office Manager/Assistant Business Ops Manager role.

• Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems, including reservation software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Flexibility: Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
