About the Role: A leading technology consulting firm is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to support the implementation of an Asset Performance Management (APM) system for a renewable energy client. This role is ideal for a hands-on BA / PM who can influence stakeholders, drive execution across multiple workstreams, and support system implementation efforts from requirements gathering through testing and deployment.

Success in this role requires the ability to build consensus, navigate competing priorities, and drive outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups that are not fully dedicated to the project. The ideal candidate is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, facilitating discussions, gathering requirements, documenting processes, coordinating testing activities, and helping move implementation efforts forward when stakeholders have limited bandwidth.

Top Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid BA / PM role supporting system implementations
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with experience driving outcomes across cross-functional and global teams
  • Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, test case identification, execution tracking, and issue resolution
  • Strong requirements gathering, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills
  • Experience working with enterprise or operational system implementations
  • Ability to perform hands-on business analysis activities while managing project coordination responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead day-to-day coordination of project activities and drive accountability in a system implementation environment
  • Experience partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to track deliverables, resolve issues, drive alignment, and maintain project momentum
  • Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and translating business needs into actionable deliverables
  • Experience organizing and facilitating project meetings, working sessions, workshops, and status updates
  • Ability to manage project reporting, including risks, dependencies, timelines, and action items
  • Experience supporting end-user training and change management efforts
  • Strong follow-up skills with attention to detail and accountability for deliverables
  • Ability to ramp up quickly and develop subject matter expertise in systems and business processes
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Asset Performance Management (APM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), or similar enterprise platforms
  • Consulting or client-facing implementation experience preferred
  • Background in the energy or renewable energy sector

  • Familiarity with working across distributed or global teams
