<h1>Warehouse Associate - 3rd Shift</h1><p><strong>Location:</strong> Appleton, WI<br><strong>Pay:</strong> <strong>$24.00/hour</strong><br><strong>Shift:</strong> 3rd Shift | Sunday-Thursday | <strong>10:00 PM - 6:30 AM</strong><br><strong>Position Type:</strong> Temp-to-Hire</p><p>Join a growing warehouse team where you'll play an essential role in ensuring products are accurately received, stored, and shipped. We're looking for a dependable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and safety.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Complete daily forklift safety inspections before operating equipment.<li>Pick and prepare outbound orders accurately and efficiently.<li>Load and unload trucks safely while maximizing efficiency.<li>Verify incoming and outgoing shipments using packing lists and bills of lading.<li>Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor or Maintenance team.<li>Consolidate partial pallets and rework inventory as assigned.<li>Perform cycle counts and inventory recounts.<li>Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by sweeping and removing debris daily.<li>Work collaboratively with team members and provide excellent internal and external customer service.<li>Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.</ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Previous warehouse and forklift experience preferred.<li>Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.<li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.<li>Must be able to frequently lift up to <strong>45 pounds</strong>.<li>Ability to climb, bend, twist, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.<li>Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety.</ul><p><strong>Pay:</strong> $24.00/hour</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM-6:30 AM</p><p>If you're looking for a stable opportunity with competitive pay and the chance to join a great team, we'd love to hear from you!
