Mechanical Assembler

TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a Mechanical Assembler with at least 2 years of mechanical assembly experience for a position in NW Houston (77373). The ideal candidate will have experience assembling, disassembling, and testing pumps and accumulators and be comfortable working in a physically demanding production environment.

Pay: $17–$20/hr.
Location: NW Houston, TX 77373

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble pumps, accumulators, and related mechanical components
• Set up and operate hydro testing equipment and machines
• Perform testing and inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, specifications, and drawings
• Use hand and power tools to complete mechanical assembly tasks
• Follow assembly procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, standing, bending, and moving materials

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of mechanical assembly experience
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, work orders, and specifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Reliable and able to work well in a production environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience
• Overhead crane experience
• Experience with pumps, accumulators, hydro testing, or similar mechanical equipment
