<p>Join our dedicated team at a 122-bed skilled nursing facility located in the charming town of Philmont, NY. We are seeking a compassionate team member who is ready to make a difference in the lives of our patients. Enjoy a flexible schedule with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.</p><h3>Function</h3><ul> <li>Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.</li> <li>Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.</li> <li>Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.</li> <li>Assists physicians and registered nurses.</li> <li>Prepares specimens for lab courier.</li> <li>Provides wound care.</li> <li>Prepares and administers injections and/or enemas.</li> <li>Monitors catheters.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul> <li>Completion of state-approved LPN program.</li> <li>Current LPN license for the state that you are working in (or willingness to obtain).</li> <li>Minimum 6 months LPN experience, recent experience in LTC/Acute preferred.</li> <li>BLS certification from the American Heart Association.</li></ul><br />#ITLTCPandologic.
