Do you enjoy tearing down components, identifying root causes, and rebuilding systems to perform like new?If so, we want you on our team.We're looking for a Hydraulic Technician II who thrives in a shop environment and has strong working knowledge of hydraulics, fluid power, electrical, and mechanical systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, precision work, and seeing a job through from tear-down to final testing.You'll join a stable, growing company that values technical expertise, supports career development, and fosters a strong team culture.What You'll DoPerform maintenance and repairs on customer-owned hydraulic and fluid power equipment.Fully disassemble, clean, inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and rebuild hydraulic units and system components.Identify root causes of failure and recommend repair solutions.Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical diagrams.Prepare job documentation listing required parts and scope of work.Design, fabricate, machine, and weld parts and components as needed.Repair and assemble hydraulic, fluid power, electrical, and mechanical systems.Test rebuilt equipment to ensure performance and reliability.Prepare repaired equipment for shipment or long-term storage.Communicate clearly with customers to explain diagnoses and recommended repairs.Assist with quotes and customer orders when needed.Perform other related duties as assigned.What You BringHigh school diploma or GED (required).Strong working knowledge of: Hydraulics, Fluid power systems, Electrical systems, Mechanical systemsProven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and rebuild hydraulic units.Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics.Solid mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Ability to safely operate shop equipment.Strong communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.Valid driver's license.Physical RequirementsThis is a hands-on role requiring:Push/pull up to 100 lbs.Lift/carry up to 100 lbs., including bulky objects.Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching (including overhead), ladder climbing, and crawling.Ability to work in indoor and/or outdoor shop environments.Tolerance for loud noise levels at times.Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.Why Join Us?Stable, established company with long-term career opportunitiesSupportive team environment that values your technical expertiseOpportunities for career growth and skill developmentCompetitive benefits package including: Healthcare coverage options, 401(k), Tuition reimbursement, Vacation, sick, and holiday payIf you're ready to apply your hydraulic expertise in a role where your skills are valued and your career can grow, we'd like to hear from you.Apply today and build your future with us.
