Tax Accounting ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager to join our growing firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, supervising tax staff, reviewing complex tax returns, and providing strategic tax planning for individuals, businesses, and organizations. This role requires technical expertise in tax compliance and regulations, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to excellent client service.This role is fully onsite in Severna ParkSalary: $100-125k/yr depending on experienceResponsibilities:Manage and review federal, state, and local income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-corporations, C-corporations, estates, and trustsLead client engagements, including planning, execution, and delivery of tax servicesProvide strategic tax planning and consulting services to clients in various industriesMaintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and identify new service opportunitiesSupervise, mentor, and develop junior staff and senior accountants, including providing performance feedback and trainingStay current on tax law changes and communicate relevant developments to clients and internal teamsRequirements:5+ years tax accounting experiencePublic accounting experienceCPA or EA preferred
