Accounting ManagerOur client is an organization in the Green Bay area is looking for an Accounting Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of accounting experience, is detailed oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.The Accounting Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:Ensure the financial stability and success of this organization.Oversee all financial operations, including budget, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance.Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring timely completion and accurate representation of financial data.Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets to ensure the financial health of the organization.Take on special projects as needed.The Accounting Manager will possess the following:Bachelor's degree in accounting or closely related field.5+ years of accounting experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High attention to detail and accuracy
