Marketing RepresentativeElite Restoration is currently looking for a Marketing Representative for our Pocatello location. A person in this position will be responsible for business development in the Eastern Idaho territory. If you have a successful attitude with a "get it done right" mentality, a desire for a career that helps others, plus work with a growing company dedicated to restoring damaged homes and businesses, then look no further.Primary Responsibilities of this Role:Conduct daily business development route stops in Eastern IdahoBuild and maintain strong working relationships with referral partners and community contactsTrack visits, leads, and relationship progress in our CRM system accurately and consistentlyAssist in planning, coordinating, and attending community events, sponsorships, and trade showsHelp with light marketing support including social media content, posts, and engagement (as needed)Collaborate closely with office and operations teams to ensure smooth customer experienceRepresent the company with professionalism, friendliness, and reliabilityYou Will Be Successful in This Role If Your Background and Capabilities Include:Self-motivated and able to manage your time and schedule independentlyStrong communication & networking skills - you must enjoy talking to peopleComfortable driving to multiple service areas throughout the weekReliable and consistent with follow-through - accountability is keyAble to document interactions and relationship details in a CRMOrganized and detail-orientedPrior experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or property management is a plus, but not requiredSales minded individualMust be able to confidently represent the company at public events and community activitiesRequirements:Valid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to lift and carry marketing materials and event items (typically 10-25 lbs)Proficiency with basic computer software and CRM platforms (or willingness to learn)What's in It for You?Competitive Pay, $18-$22 an hour D.O.E.Full health benefits packagePaid time off & paid holidays401K retirement plan with company matchingCompany provided vehicleGreat work environment – family culture and team building eventsElite Restoration Inc. is a drug-free workplace.
