Improve production processes, quality, efficiency, and throughput. Review customer technical documentation and engineering requirements. Create and update CAD models, drawings, and engineering documentation. Support reverse engineering activities for components and assemblies. Collaborate with production teams, suppliers, and contract manufacturers. Support fabrication, machining, sheet metal, and assembly-related projects. Conduct engineering studies and manufacturing analyses. Troubleshoot production issues and implement practical solutions. Experience in manufacturing, production, or mechanical engineering environments. Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and engineering drawings. Strong understanding of fabrication, machining, sheet metal, and assembly processes. Ability to interpret technical drawings and customer specifications. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Hands-on engineering mindset with a focus on manufacturing excellence.
