PRN Certified Occupational Therapy AssistantWe're hiring a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide in-home care across the Fredericksburg region. You'll be visiting adult and geriatric patients in their homes, doing the hands-on OTA work that actually makes a difference — on a schedule you build around your life. This role is a good fit for COTAs who want clinical autonomy and real one-on-one time with patients without committing to full-time hours.Pick up visits based on your availability — you tell us when you're free, we route patients your wayProvide home health occupational therapy services under the direction of a supervising OT, following the established plan of careSupport patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, and adaptive techniquesEducate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home modificationsCommunicate patient progress to the supervising OTDocument in the field on a company-issued tablet through WellSkyActive Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Virginia (or eligible)1+ year of clinical experienceHome health and OASIS experience preferred — if you don't have it yet, our clinical team will get you trained before you take your first visit on your ownWellSky experience is a plus but not requiredValid driver's license and reliable transportationCompetitive per-visit compensationMileage reimbursementCompany-issued tablet for documentationFlexible PRN schedule — no minimum hours, no weekends, no on-callW-2 status, not 1099 — taxes handled, workers' comp includedBased out of our Fredericksburg office, we cover Fredericksburg and surrounding communities — Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George, Woodbridge, Dumfries, Culpeper, Warrenton, and Orange.
