About the Role

The role involves not only managing writers but also building an editorial organization that can set the benchmark for AI journalism. The successful candidate will shape the voice of the publication, launch new editorial products, and partner with executive leadership to influence editorial strategy and audience development. A key aspect of the role is the development of world-class editorial processes that integrate AI-enabled workflows, and the candidate should be genuinely AI-native, using leading AI tools to enhance research and productivity. Applicants for the Head of Content position at the company should have a background as an accomplished Editor-in-Chief, Managing Editor, Executive Editor, or Editorial Director within technology, business, or digital media. A demonstrable track record of building communities across various content platforms and a deep understanding of the difference between breaking news, genuine insight, and industry hype are essential.
