We're clinician-led and minority-owned, and we're growing fast across Illinois, particularly among Spanish-speaking families who've had too few options for too long.If you're a bilingual therapist who believes culturally responsive care isn't a bonus feature but the whole point — we want to talk.What this role looks likeYou'll carry a caseload of 15–36 sessions per week (you choose part-time or full-time) providing individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth. Most of our clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings (2–9 PM), with weekend availability a plus.Day-to-day you'll:Conduct intakes and build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plansCollaborate with our interdisciplinary team — therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists working togetherMaintain timely documentation in our EHRSupport families with education and care coordination, not just the child in the roomWhat we offer$45–$65/billable hour, based on license levelMedical, dental, and vision (full-time)401(k) with 3% company matchPaid time off$300 annual CEU reimbursementFree clinical supervision for LMSW/LPC roles$25,000 company-paid life insuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramPathways to clinical leadership, including our Residency & Fellowship ProgramWhat we're looking forActive Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT or LCSW-CExperience with children, teens, and familiesComfortable working independently in a remote settingBilingual English/Spanish — strongly preferred, not just a nice-to-haveGrounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive practiceWho we areWe've served 12,000+ kids and families since 2020. 78% of families report their child is doing better after three months of care.
