Systems EngineerTLA is seeking a skilled and proactive Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our organization's critical IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure system reliability, performance, and security, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust technological solutions that align with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:System Design & Implementation: Design, configure, and implement secure, scalable, and resilient IT system architectures across cloud and on-premises environments.System Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor system health, performance, and availability using monitoring tools, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing effective solutions to ensure high uptime.Automation & Scripting: Standardize and automate repetitive operational processes and tasks using scripting languages to improve efficiency and reduce human error.Troubleshooting & Support: Conduct high-level root-cause analysis of service interruptions and diagnose complex hardware, software, and network issues, establishing preventive measures.Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain robust security measures, including firewalls, access controls, and data encryption, ensuring compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.Collaboration & Documentation: Collaborate with software developers, network engineers, and project managers, and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing and audits.Capacity Planning & Management: Manage backup, disaster recovery, and failover solutions, and conduct capacity planning to forecast future growth and scalability requirements.
